2020 has been a strange year and IPL SEASON 13 is no different. Starting off with TWO CHAMPION TEAMS TAKING ON EACH OTHER, CSK started the season with a win unlike MI but ever since both teams have been in totally different positions in terms of winning the matches. CSK getting a slow start like MI in previous seasons and MI being on top like CSK in previous seasons.

 

We’ve seen Punjab losing matches that they should've won except one match where they completely outplayed RCB & DC winning close encounters, RCB dominating most of their oppositions and KKR with some terrific and some terrible performances. RR is all about “THE WONDER MAN” TEWATIA this season.

SRH have struggled so far because of their middle order & absence of Bhuvi.

We’ve seen teams chasing 78 in 4 overs & teams failing to chase 21 in 18,

It’s that kind of tournament where everything and anything is possible.

 

Half way through the Tournament teams in top 4 are: MI,DC,RCB with 10 points each and KKR with 8 points.

 

With Wickets slowing down Csk stand a chance of making a comeback in the second half of this season with MSD controlling the game with his spinners, While MI & DC have almost booked their positions in the play offs and RCB looking stronger than ever these 3 teams must be really satisfied and confident going forward. The tournament is wide open with KKR,SRH,CSK & RR fighting for that 4th position and Punjab almost need to win all of their matches now.

 

My top 4 teams at the end of the league stage would be:

1. DC

2. MI

3. RCB

4. CSK

 

DC & MI are really tough to beat, RCB with KOHLI’s aggressive leadership and approach looking to make a mark in this season and you can never write CSK off can you? Looking forward to the second half of this tournament.
